Packaging, Shipping and Deliveries

All the bottles in the Birra Eretica catalog, which you decide to buy, will be entrusted to a courier throughout the Italian territory, including the islands.
Delivery is scheduled within 24/48 hours following the taking of the goods at our office.

We haven’t set a minimum order, but remember that the minimum shipping cost is 9€.

Once the selection process of the products you want to buy has been completed and arrived at the cart screen, the platform will automatically show you the shipping costs relating to the selected products, and to the geographical area of destination.

Over 84€ spent, Birra Eretica will be happy to offer you the shipping costs. This offer is not intended for purchases generated with coupons, discounts or subscriptions deriving from commercial partners and third-party platforms.

In this case, the free shipping will only take place upon reaching 84€ of pure purchases on the Birra Eretica platform.

You can decide to collect the products for free at our headquarters in Ornago (MB), by booking the collection.

The goods are prepared for shipment within 48 hours following receipt of payment.

In the eventually of an order in "unpaid" or "pending payment" status (excluding the "cash on delivery" method), Birra Eretica will prepare and ship the goods only after having received the payment (see payment methods).

To send you the products, Birra Eretica pays the utmost attention, and ships the bottles in specially designed safe packaging. These boxes are able to absorb shocks and accidental falls of the boxes and maintain a stable state of the beers purchased, for the time necessary for delivery.

In the case of large quantities, the goods could be placed on a pallet (after agreement with the customer). In this case we will contact you to decide the method and every detail.

Courier pick-ups at our warehouses take place from Monday to Friday, in the afternoon. (Excluding holidays). 

Once the goods have been delivered to the courier, Birra Eretica will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment. Please be very careful and provide us with a delivery address where someone can pick up the goods during the day. If for any reason you can no longer receive the goods at that address, please notify us promptly. Birra Eretica will try to help you manage the delivery.

Please enter a telephone number and address, with any additional information if necessary (for example the floor or staircase) and a valid e-mail address. The telephone number will be given to the courier who could contact you for service communications and arrange delivery.

We invite you to contact our staff to clarify any other doubts and to organize delivery, in case of special needs (delivery to floors, by appointment, disadvantaged locations ...).

Always check the contents of the package if it conforms to the order.
